1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration and Security
Each player is permitted to hold one active account at 77abf at any time. The creation of multiple accounts — including accounts using different phone numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. Where multiple accounts are identified, 77abf reserves the right to close all accounts associated with the same player and forfeit any balances, bonus funds, and pending withdrawals held in those accounts.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 77abf login credentials. You must not share your login details with any third party.
- You must notify 77abf support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party or your credentials have been compromised.
- All financial transactions must be conducted using payment methods registered in your own name. 77abf does not accept third-party deposits or third-party withdrawals.
- You are responsible for all activity conducted from your 77abf account, whether or not authorised by you. 77abf is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you failed to protect your login credentials.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals
77abf accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the player's own name. The minimum deposit at 77abf is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though 77abf reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence for large or unusual deposit patterns.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. 77abf reserves the right to use an alternative verified payment method where the original is unavailable.
- All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 77abf may request a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before releasing a withdrawal.
- Wagering requirements attached to any bonus must be satisfied in full before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Players may withdraw their own deposited funds at any time subject to identity verification.
77abf processes bKash and Nagad withdrawals within five to fifteen minutes of approval under standard conditions. Processing times may be extended during periods of high activity, including major cricket match evenings. 77abf is not liable for delays caused by the player's payment provider.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
77abf offers a welcome bonus to new players on their first deposit and may offer ongoing promotional bonuses to active registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms communicated with the individual promotion:
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion details in the player's account.
- Bonuses are awarded to one account per player, per household, and per device. Claiming a bonus on multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in suspension and forfeiture.
- 77abf reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time without prior notice, including where there is evidence of bonus abuse or exploitation of game mechanics.
- Bonus funds and free spins are valid for a limited period after being credited. Unused bonus funds and spins that expire within this period are forfeited without compensation.
- Games played to meet wagering requirements may be weighted differently. Certain game types including live casino games and some table games may contribute less than 100% toward wagering requirement completion. Weighting details are available in the individual promotion terms.
77abf does not offer any bonus to players who have self-excluded or who have active deposit limits that prevent them from meeting the deposit threshold for a promotion. Responsible gaming tools take precedence over bonus eligibility in all cases.
6. Gameplay and Betting Rules
The following rules apply to all gameplay and sports betting activity conducted via the 77abf platform:
- All casino game outcomes are determined by certified RNG software provided by the respective game provider. 77abf does not control individual game outcomes. In the event of a dispute, the game provider's server logs are the definitive record.
- All sports bets are subject to the betting rules applicable to the relevant sport and market type. Bets placed on events that have already started or concluded will be voided. 77abf reserves the right to void bets where an obvious error in odds has occurred.
- A player's account must have sufficient real-money balance to cover a bet or casino wager at the time it is placed. 77abf does not offer credit facilities of any kind.
- In the event of a technical error, disconnection, or platform failure during a game or bet, 77abf will make reasonable efforts to settle based on available server data at the point of interruption. 77abf's decision on disputed game settlements is final.
77abf reserves the right to suspend a game or market and withhold payment pending investigation where there is reason to suspect irregular betting patterns, collusion, or manipulation of outcomes by any party.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited at 77abf. Engaging in any of the following conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in further action:
- Registering more than one account on the 77abf platform, or assisting another person to circumvent the one-account-per-player rule.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain any advantage not available through normal human gameplay.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any table game, poker variant, sports betting market, or promotional competition.
- Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful source. All deposits are subject to anti-money laundering monitoring.
- Attempting to exploit software errors, game glitches, or mathematical anomalies in any game offered by 77abf to generate returns beyond normal gameplay parameters.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity documents during the account registration or withdrawal verification process.
Where 77abf determines that a player has engaged in prohibited conduct, 77abf reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the player's account, void all pending bets and game rounds, forfeit all balances including deposited funds linked to the prohibited conduct, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.
8. Account Suspension and Closure
77abf reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity fraud, payment fraud, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
- Where a player fails to complete identity verification within the timeframe requested by 77abf, or provides documents that cannot be verified as authentic.
- Where a player has self-excluded via the responsible gaming tools in their account settings. A self-excluded account is closed immediately and the player is prevented from opening a new account for the duration of the exclusion period selected.
- Where 77abf determines, in its reasonable judgment, that continuing to provide services to the player would expose 77abf to legal, regulatory, reputational, or financial risk.
A player may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 77abf customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining after settlement of pending bets will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to identity verification. Bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure regardless of whether wagering requirements have been partially met.
9. Responsible Gaming
77abf is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players manage their activity on the platform. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 77abf players directly within their account settings:
- Deposit limits — players may set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit limit. A limit reduction takes effect immediately. A limit increase takes effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
- Session time limits — players may set a maximum session duration. Once reached, the player is logged out automatically and must wait until the following day before initiating a new session.
- Reality check alerts — players may enable periodic notifications showing how long they have been active in the current session and their net gain or loss for that session.
- Self-exclusion — players may self-exclude for a minimum of 30 days up to a permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the selected period. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to open a new 77abf account during their exclusion period.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any part of the 77abf platform for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of 77abf.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77abf's liability to any player in connection with use of the 77abf platform is limited as follows:
- 77abf is not liable for any loss of winnings, loss of profits, loss of data, or indirect or consequential loss arising from a player's use of or inability to use the platform, including losses from technical failures, disconnections, or server errors outside 77abf's reasonable control.
- 77abf's total liability to a player for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the twelve calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- 77abf does not warrant that the platform will be available on an uninterrupted or error-free basis. Planned and unplanned maintenance periods may result in temporary platform unavailability. 77abf will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned maintenance.
- 77abf is not responsible for losses incurred by a player as a result of failure to log out on a shared or public device, failure to maintain the security of login credentials, or as a result of sharing account access with a third party.
12. Privacy and Data Protection
77abf collects and processes personal data provided by players during registration and account use in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at https://77abf.app/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Personal data is used for account management, identity verification, payment processing, responsible gaming compliance, and service improvement. 77abf does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
13. Modifications to Terms
77abf reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, 77abf will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players by displaying a notice on the platform or by sending a notification to the player's registered contact details. The revised Terms and Conditions will be effective from the date they are published at https://77abf.app/terms-conditions.
Your continued use of the 77abf platform after revised Terms and Conditions have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept revised terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8 of these Terms and Conditions.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from a player's use of the 77abf platform shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law.
